We will provide you with our proprietary 8 week kitchen remodel blueprint which spells out chronologically exactly what will happen and when. Our project manager will communicate daily our progress toward milestones. The subcontractors know weeks in advance when they are needed and what their scope of work is. Trade partners on our team have literally collaborated with us on hundreds of kitchen and bath remodels together. Cost Certainty During Kitchen Remodeling

We also provide you with cost certainty. We have not had a project go over budget. Our design consultant will work with you to recommend materials choices with your cabinetry style and color, tile or wood flooring, stone countertops, tile backsplashes, lighting plans, paint colors, appliances and more. Once the materials choices are completed we invite all of our trade partners to your home to evaluate and discuss the project and provide us with real cost estimates to manifest the design plan we developed together. There are no guessing games or surprises with our proposals. All the details are spelled out in writing before you sign a contract to proceed.
